Dr. Soltner was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. In 1986, he graduated Cum Laude from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science where he was a member of the Rho Chi Pharmacy National Honor Society. He worked as a community pharmacist for one year before entering medical school. Dr. Soltner received his D.O. degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1991, graduating in the top 10% of his class. Dr. Soltner completed his internship at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1992. In 1994, he completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Soltner was board certified by The American Board of Family Medicine in 1994. He successfully completed recertification in 2000 and 2006. Dr. Soltner authored the Miliaria chapter in the Saunders Manual of Medical Practice, 1st and 2nd edition. Dr Soltner joined Family Practice Associates of Upper Dublin in 1994, where he continues in full time practice. |
